![]() Device for damping pulsation of paper mass flow
专利摘要:
A method and mechanism for compensating for pressure fluctuations in a paper machine stock flow system for conducting stock from a supply pump to a slice opening including providing a flexible diaphragm as one wall of the stock conduit with the diaphragm dampening pressure variations and being supported on its opposite side by air in an air chamber divided into compartments with a support compartment immediately opposite the diaphragm and a supply compartment being the support compartment and the compartments divided a by an attenuator wall. Air is supplied continuously at a reference pressure to the supply compartment, and a relief valve is positioned in the support compartment with the port opened or closed by movement of the diaphragm so that air is bled from the support compartment as the diaphragm moves toward the stock conduit with a drop of pressure therein. In another form, the structure included a diaphragm wall between a distribution chamber of a headbox and an air chamber with a valve controlling the release of pressure from the air chamber and controlled by the position of the diaphragm. 公开号:SU797598A3 申请号:SU762416157 申请日:1976-10-29 公开日:1981-01-15 发明作者:Дж. 专利说明:
(54) DEVICE FOR EXTINGUISHING PULSE PULSE FLASH PULSE The invention relates to equipment installed in front of the press case of a paper machine and can be used in the pulp and paper industry. There are known devices for dampening pulsations in the flow of paper pulp containing a pipe in whose wall a hole is made, to which an air chamber connected to a source of compressed air is connected through an elastic diaphragm. When pulsating in a mass flow, the pulsation of the diaphragm is caused. which impairs the mass flow damping. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device. This goal is achieved by the fact that the air chamber is divided by an additional diaphragm made of an air-permeable material, such as felt, into two cavities. Moreover, the additional diaphragm can be covered on both sides with perforated sheets with removable caps. In addition, the device may have a bypass valve installed in the additional diaphragm and designed to prevent damage to the diaphragms during a sharp increase in pressure in the pipeline .-. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a general view; in fig. 2 section A-A in FIG. 1J in FIG. 3 section bb in fig. 1 (increased); FIG. 4 is a section B-B of FIG. 2 (increased); in fig. 5 is a cross-section of the FIG. 1, in FIG. 6 is a section DD-D in FIG. 5 (increased). The device comprises a pipeline 1 for feeding paper pulp from a pump 2 to a pressure head 3. A hole is made in the wall of the pipeline 1, to which an air bladder 7, separated by an additional diaphragm 8, is attached through an elastic diaphragm 4 fixed by means of nodes 5 or 6. air-permeable material, such as felt, into two cavities 9 and 10. Additional diaphragm 4 can be covered on both sides with perforated sheets x1 tl 12, which are equipped with removable plugs 13. 7 has a fitting 14 for feeding compressed air heat relief valves 15 and 16 and relief valve 17 designed to relieve pressure in chamber 7 with a sharp increase in pressure in pipeline 1. When the device is in operation, the paper pulp flows from the pump 1 to the pressure box 3. The pressure pulsations arising in the paper pulp flow are transmitted to the diaphragm 4. The air pressure in the chamber 7 is approximately equal to the pressure of the mass in the pipe 1, for this purpose into the chamber 7 compressed air. Diaphragm oscillations 4 cause the occurrence of a pressure difference in cavities 9 and 10 of chamber 7. This pressure difference is suppressed by an additional felt diaphragm 8. With the help of plugs 13. it is possible to regulate the pressure differential in cavities 9 and 10. Not only is an aperture compensated 8, but also perforated sheets 11 and 12. With a sharp increase in pressure in the pipe 1, the diaphragm 4 touches the relief valve I, which prevents the discharge of excess air into the atmosphere. Thus, the additional diaphragm 8 makes it possible to more gently compensate for the pressure pulsations in the pipeline 1, which ultimately leads to an increase in the quality of the web cast on the paper machine. nJUn D.P.P p n p.
